Momentous Achievements:
At his very first show in Coniston, Ont. in March 2009 at the age of 6 months, Briggs won Best in Breed and went on to be awarded the highly coveted title of Best Puppy in Group, under Judge Michael Shoreman, beating out numerous other hound breed puppies aged from 6 to 12 months.
He achieved his Canadian Champion title , under Judge Cheryl Myers Egerton, at the age of 8 months, a very rare feat.
He passed his CGN (Canine Good Neighbour) test at the age of 12 months.
After taking a 6 month break from showing, he waltzed in to ring at the last Ottawa Kennel Club show in Kemptville, Ont. on November 21st 2010 and walked out with Best in Breed.
